Dennis Delap

Dennis Delap, owner and principal of Delap Real Estate, has been a top producer in the Northampton and   Amherst area since 1986.  As a broker he remains devoted to helping both buyers and sellers.  He is a real people person, who wants to take care of others rather than being concerned about the next commission.  He also enjoys the challenge of getting sellers the best price and matching buyers with the right home.  He has a very friendly, yet professional approach to working with his clients.  He has represented a wide range of properties from the most expensive to the most affordable homes.

Dennis settled in the Pioneer Valley after graduate school in 1974.  He has lived in Northampton, Amherst and Sunderland,  and presently lives in Conway with his wife.  He has broad knowledge of the area and connections throughout Hampshire and Franklin Counties, and is equally comfortable working in the smaller towns, as well as in Northampton.  Email Dennis at dennis@delaprealestate.com.
